Sigue primero la gu\u00eda de <a href=\"https:\/\/sharingsms.com\/es\/manual-number-adding\/\">manual number adding<\/a> ; si no ayuda, env\u00eda el registro.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ssr-fact\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Los SMS no llegan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un n\u00famero est\u00e1 Active, pero el cliente no recibe SMS en \u00e9l, o la aplicaci\u00f3n los muestra con retraso.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ssr-fact\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Not Ready o Failed vuelve una y otra vez<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Has seguido la <a href=\"https:\/\/sharingsms.com\/es\/not-ready-status\/\">lista de comprobaci\u00f3n de Not Ready<\/a>, el tel\u00e9fono est\u00e1 en l\u00ednea y el estado sigue cayendo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ssr-fact\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El soporte lo ha pedido<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuando no vemos la causa desde nuestro lado, pedimos el registro. Es la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de obtener una respuesta.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"steps\">Cuatro pasos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list ssr-checks\">\n<li>Abre la aplicaci\u00f3n Sharing SMS y abre el men\u00fa lateral.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toca 7 veces el n\u00famero de versi\u00f3n al final del men\u00fa. Se abre la pantalla Heartbeat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la pantalla Heartbeat, toca LOGS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la pantalla Logs, toca el icono de compartir y elige la aplicaci\u00f3n por la que enviar. Lo m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil es Telegram: env\u00eda el archivo a nuestro bot de soporte <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/sharingsms_supportbot?start=SMS\">@sharingsms_supportbot<\/a>. Tambi\u00e9n puedes guardar el archivo en el tel\u00e9fono y adjuntarlo despu\u00e9s en el chat del sitio o en un e-mail a <a href=\"mailto:customer.care@sharingsms.com\">customer.care@sharingsms.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ssr-callout\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Env\u00eda el archivo desde el tel\u00e9fono donde est\u00e1 el problema: cada tel\u00e9fono tiene su propio registro. Si tienes varios tel\u00e9fonos, indica a qu\u00e9 n\u00famero corresponde cada archivo.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"message\">Qu\u00e9 escribir junto con \u00e9l<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un registro por s\u00ed solo nos dice qu\u00e9 hizo la aplicaci\u00f3n, pero no qu\u00e9 esperabas t\u00fa. A\u00f1ade al mensaje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El n\u00famero de tel\u00e9fono de la tarjeta SIM en formato internacional y su estado actual en el Personal Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El e-mail o el n\u00famero de contacto con el que est\u00e1 registrado tu Personal Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qu\u00e9 hiciste y qu\u00e9 ves: una breve descripci\u00f3n m\u00e1s capturas de pantalla de la aplicaci\u00f3n o del Personal Account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si a\u00f1adiste el n\u00famero manualmente: los dos n\u00fameros, el que est\u00e1s a\u00f1adiendo y el desde el que enviaste el SMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tras cambiar de tel\u00e9fono: el Device ID que muestra la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El modelo del tel\u00e9fono y la versi\u00f3n de Android.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"next\">Qu\u00e9 pasa despu\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El soporte pasa el archivo a los desarrolladores. Los casos que los necesitan, como el an\u00e1lisis de registros, tardan m\u00e1s que una respuesta habitual; te decimos cu\u00e1ndo esperar la respuesta, y llega por el canal que usaste. El equipo de soporte trabaja de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 20:00 (EET).
