Support and Contacts

All support channels reach the same team, so there is no need to write to several of them at once. Choose the one that is convenient for you.

How to contact us

  • Chat on the site. Tap the chat button in the bottom corner of any page. The fastest option for questions about statuses, setup and payouts.
  • Telegram. Write to our support bot: @sharingsms_supportbot. Your messages go straight to the support team.
  • WhatsApp. +372 5965 6633. Messages only.
  • E-mail. [email protected]. Best for log files, screenshots and anything you want to keep on record.
  • Telegram channel. @sharesms publishes news, app updates and the APK link. It is not a support channel, so please write to the bot instead.

When we reply

Our support team works Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00 (EET). Within these hours we answer requests in the order they arrive, usually within a few hours. Messages sent in the evening or at the weekend are answered on the next working day. Cases that need our developers, such as log analysis, can take longer; we will tell you when to expect an answer.

We may also contact you first, for example when a client has ordered your number but its status is “Not Ready”. Please keep the WhatsApp number, Telegram account and e-mail address in your Personal Account up to date and stay reachable.

What to include in your message

The more of this you send at once, the faster we can help:

  • The phone number of the SIM card in international format and its current status in the Personal Account.
  • The e-mail address or contact number your Personal Account is registered to.
  • What you did and what you see: a short description plus screenshots of the app or the Personal Account.
  • For problems with adding a number or receiving SMS: the log file from the app. How to send the log file.
  • After switching phones: the Device ID shown in the app.
  • The phone model and the Android version.
